Winter Weather Policy Information

In the event of winter weather, our office will follow the Mena Public Schools closures. If Mena Schools close our office will close.

 

See instructions below for directions for your appointment according to which therapist you see.

 

Rhonda Peppers: Telehealth sessions will be held in place of in office sessions

Brandi Titsworth: Telehealth sessions will be held in place of in office sessions

Julie Oglesby: Appointments will be canceled and resume at next scheduled date

Stephanie Matthews: Appointments will be canceled and resume at next scheduled date

Tracy Kennedy: Telehealth sessions will be held in place of office session with school closures BUT NOT available if government offices also close. If Government offices close WITH the school closure, your appointment will be canceled and resume at next schedule date.

To access telehealth appointment: Go to www.therapyappointment.com/client and select “Sign in” at the bottom left corner.  

Once you login, find the “launch” button under the telehealth session section.
